Return & Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality body care products and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund according to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or leaking upon delivery.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used body care products.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
• Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless damaged or incorrect).
• Products returned without original packaging.

4. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email customer support at Omrajsunku@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Include:

• Order number
• Product name
• Clear photos/videos showing the issue
• Description of the problem

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

5. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed after the product is inspected and approved.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.

6. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, customers may choose:

• A replacement product (subject to availability), or
• A full or partial refund.

7. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
• For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
